Pricing
All prices are shown and processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices include any GST (Goods and Services Tax) payable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 unless stated otherwise. Longform reserves the right to amend product pricing at any time without prior notice. Please note that prices may vary between online and stockist stores due to currency rates and administrative costs. We do not offer refunds or reimbursement if you find the same garment at a lower price in-store. In rare cases where a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and AfterPay. Longform gift vouchers may also be used as a form of payment.
Order Placement & Confirmation
Placing an order on our website does not constitute a binding contract until we have sent you an order confirmation. We will endeavour to supply all orders, but we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Fraudulent Orders
If we have reasonable grounds to believe your purchase is fraudulent, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel your order. We may contact you using the details provided to verify the purchase. Depending on your payment method, we may request proof of identity or transaction authorisation prior to dispatch. If the information provided does not meet our requirements, your order will be cancelled.
Stock Availability
We aim to keep stock levels up to date. If your selected item is out of stock, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find a replacement. For special orders or items from previous collections, please email us at care@longform.co.
Garment Representation
We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and colour representation of our garments. However, screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Exchange Rates & Currency Conversions
When purchasing in a currency other than NZD, a price variation between 2–5% may occur due to exchange rates and credit card company fees. We are not responsible for any such charges.
Use of Website
You are granted a limited license to access and use the website for personal use only. You may not download, copy, or exploit content without our written permission. All software and content are owned by or licensed to Longform and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All intellectual property, including imagery, logos, designs, and branded content, remains the property of Longform. You may not use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Legal Obligations
By placing an order, you confirm:
- You are of legal age to form a binding contract
- You provide true, accurate, and complete information
- You are the authorized user of the payment method used
We reserve the right to terminate your access if we suspect fraud or misuse.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from the use of our website or products.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Longform and its associated parties against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
General
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
- Electronic Communication: You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
- Severability: If any term is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect
